Step 1: Size
The first thing to decide is the size of your wedding album. We offer three sizes: 10x8, 10x10, and 12x12, with the 12x12 being the most popular. Albums can have anywhere from 20 to 50 pages, with 30 pages being the favorite choice.
Our albums are beautifully handmade heirloom pieces. Each one comes with a matching custom box for safekeeping and a silk ribbon to easily lift the album. Featuring lay-flat binding and fine art printed pages, these albums showcase your photos in stunning detail.
The pages are rich in color and designed to resist fingerprints, so you can share your album often without worry. They are also sun-proof and fade-proof, ensuring your memories stay vibrant and free from the streaks that can appear in older albums.
Step 2: Photo Selection
Next, it’s time to choose your favorite photos! If you’re too busy or having trouble deciding, don’t worry—I’m here to help. I love designing albums and have done it countless times, so you can trust me to create something beautiful for you.
To favorite your images in your online gallery, simply follow these steps:
Heart Icon: You’ll see a heart icon on each image in your gallery. Click the heart icon to add the image to your Favorites list.
Save with Email: When you first click the heart icon, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. This will save your Favorites list under that email.
Access Anytime: You can come back at any time and access your Favorites list by entering the same email address.
Add Notes: While viewing your Favorites, you can also add notes to the photos. These notes will be visible on my dashboard, making it easier for us to collaborate.
Step 3: Layout
Once we've got the photos, I'll design the album layout, making sure to feature as many of your selected images as possible. I thoughtfully arrange the elements of your day in a cohesive and beautiful way.
I typically include up to 4 photos per page to keep the album feeling well organized and that it flows according to your wedding day. It's essential to leave some breathing room, so if you want to add more photos, it's better to add extra pages rather than crowding them onto a single page.
Step 4: Cover Design
Now comes the fun part: choosing the cover material and color. Our album covers are sophisticated and refined, offering a natural touch with a blend of linen and leather. You can select from a variety of colors and textures to perfectly match your style. Whether you prefer the classic elegance of leather or the subtle charm of linen, your album cover will be a stunning representation of your special day. Linens: Natural linen texture.
Leatherette: Leather grain textures and imprints.
Finally, you’ll choose the cover text, text colour, and text location.
Cover Text
Many couples opt to include their first names and wedding date, or their initials and wedding location. You can also choose a meaningful phrase. There are plenty of font options to choose from, depending on the cover material.

You can choose to either engrave or emboss your text. Engraving involves cutting into the cover material to create the text, while embossing raises the text above the surface for a more tactile effect.
Text Position
You can choose where you would like your engraved or embossed text on the cover:
Bottom right
Near top centre
Centered
Engraving
Certain covers cannot be engraved due to the nature of the material: Tan Linen, Heather Grey Linen, and all vintage linen covers.
Engraved text can be spread out over 2 lines, each with a 22-character limit.
Embossing
Certain covers cannot be embossed due to the nature of the material: Tan Linen, Heather Grey Linen, and all leatherette covers.
Embossed text can be spread out over 2 lines, each with a 22-character limit.
Embossing is available in the following colors (but be aware that some may not show up clearly depending on the cover style): Foil Stamp: Gold, Silver, Black, or Blind Emboss.
